The adjustable leg insert removed with the wheel cut out. This slot was on one side and a larger flat area to receive a set screw that was missing. The spring was in the socket this parts fits into.

The four wheels removed from each foot. The three larger ones are 1-1/8" in diameter and the smaller wheel attaches to the adjustable foot. It is more than 3/4" in diameter. Very old metal wheels have worn some so these measurements may be a bit under what they should be. BUT I need replacements if you have any ideas.
